Editing process for inside cover on photoshop

I decided to take some shots from my music video for the inside cover, as through research i noticed a lot of artists do this as well. I decided that I wasn't happy with the colour of the shot so i decided to change it to black and white. To do this I used photoshop to, this is the link to my how to video on how I did this.
